Student Get started Letter Order offers sections designed for information management, to start using the application we will know: "create account", login, "upload documents", and "my profile". Create account To start using Letter Order, you need to create an account, and to do so, you must first determine what type of user you will be. If you are in this section, it means that you are interested in creating an "student" account as mentioned on the main login page of the app. How to create an account After downloading and installing the app. When you open the app, you will see the option  this will be your user type. Choose the user "student" Tap You must fill  your personal information. What's your name? Birth date School grade Your e-mail Create a password and confirm it Accept the terms for the creation of your account Tap the button , if all the data are correct your account creation as an interventionist will be accepted. The legend "Your account has been created" confirms that your account has been created. Tap and you will now be able to login. Log in Once you have created your account as an interventionist, we will log in with the email and password that we previously added when we created our account. If you do not have an account yet, create it. Log in Tap Enter your previously registered email name-example@example.com Enter the password you have created (write it down somewhere or save it in a password manager for your convenience). Tap if you want your account to be remembered when you log into the application and be easily accessible. Tap on .Now you can start using your account. Log out Tap on the top right icon with three vertical dots wich is next to the notifications icon . A menu will be displayed, in which you must tap In the pop up you have to tap "Yes" if you want to continue or "Cancel" if don't. Password recovery If you have forgotten your password... Go to your login Tap On the screen that appears, enter your email address again. Tap A link to securely reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. Once your password has been reset, you will be able to log in to your interventionist account. My profile In your profile you can find your information to display as student. Who is your teacher, your profile picture, your student code, information about your parents. My profile In your profile you can find your information to display as student. To visit your profile you must tap on the top right icon with three vertical dots wich is next to the notifications icon . A menu will be displayed, in which you must tap Once there in your profile you will be able to find your information: Add or change your profile picture Tap on your profile picture Choose between taking a photo and uploading an image from your files. Once you have selected the image tap "Done" and your image will be uploaded to your profile. Change your password Tap on the edit icon next to your email and password The new window will ask you to enter your current password, a new password and repeat the new password.(If you need to change your email address you can contact us at support@letterorder.com) Tap button. The legend "Your password has changed" confirms the change. Your student code: which you can share with your teacher and parents so the accounts can be linked and interact. Linking: Where you can enter the teacher's code to link their accounts and start interacting. Student code The student code is the code that identifies you as a Letter Order user and allows you to link your account with your parents and a teacher who will guide you through the learning path you are going through. My code You will be able to share your code with: Parents Teachers To copy your student code: Go to your profile. Tap on the top right icon with three vertical dots wich is next to the notifications icon . A menu will be displayed, in which you must tap Tap Your code will be copied to your clipboard. Dictate or share the code with parents or teachers. Wait to be added. Once you are added by a teacher, it will be displayed on your profile. Main functions Letter Order has features that facilitate the learning process and are useful tools for achieving positive results in the classroom. Students reinforce their reading and writing skills through activities and exercises. Main menu When logging in, the main screen will display the main menu, an invitation to practice, followed by a list of pending activities to be performed and below that a graph showing the progress of the assigned activities. The menu that will be used consists of 4 sections. Home The Home screen is displayed when you start the application. It's function is to show recent activities, pending tasks, and the progress of activities. It is the screen that you can refer to when you are in need of an overview of your overall progress. Activities In the Activities section, you will find the activities that your teacher has assigned to you as well as practice activities that you can do on your own. Calendar In the Calendar section, you can view upcoming meetings. You can add personal reminders and check due dates for activities. Mensajeria You can find conversations with teachers, classmates, parents, and groups in the Messages section. Also in this section, you will have access to the notices that the teacher will post in order to inform you of any important information that does not require a reply. Activities The activities section is designed to control the flow of assignment, review and feedback of exercises. Assigned activities You will receive a notification when an activity is assigned to you. To check which activities are assigned to you: Notification Tap the notification to go directly to the activity. Activities screen Tap activities menu You will see 2 lists Next to "Assigned activities"  you will see the number of activities you have already assigned. Drag the list horizontally to view more activities. tap on the activity you want to solve to visualize it.
